The company should directly employ workers, assume responsibility for paying their salaries and statutory social insurance and social security contributions, and provide these employees to client companies operating in one or more sectors. Its revenue should be generated by charging the corresponding labour costs, together with an agreed service fee or profit margin.

The prospective investor has more than 35 years of experience in the staffing and workforce provision industry, with professional activities across Europe and other international markets.
